Dunn Custom Guitars
In 1994 I decided that I wanted to build guitars for a living. I worked at Taylor Guitars for a VERY short time, and then decided to do it on my own. I spent about 2 months tooling up to do it, built a few, and hung it up.

Why?

Well, a couple different reasons. The guitars I was building weren't half bad - in fact, I sold a few (you can read Doug's assessment here). The truth is, my heart just wasn't it. Building guitars was something I really enjoyed, until I HAD to do it every morning, and that sort of took all the fun out of it.

Just for fun, I put up some pictures that were taken while I was actually building. Be patient, it'll take a few minutes to load...
